OUGD406 - Brief 02 - Design Development



I started to think more deeply about semiotics associated with opposite thinking. I looked on line and came across a number of images illustrating a school of fish swimming in one direction with one fish swimming in the complete opposite direction. I thought to myself, I could make that look really great, so I started sketching out some ideas. I wanted to keep the designs really minimal and basic, using outlines and blocks of colours to communicate the concept. Below are a number of my experiments:
